Mindfulness-based stress management programme

This is a one-to-one therapy designed to provide you with a supportive space where you can share your feelings and thoughts. It is based on the principles of mindfulness.

 

Our individual sessions are dynamic and involve conversation, relaxation of the body, and meditation. They aim to support people who are experiencing anxiety, stress and suffering, by helping them to live in the present moment rather than in the past or in the future.

This therapy is an excellent option for those who are preparing to take exams or are facing challenges such as starting a new job, losing a loved one, moving home or divorcing.

The session can happen at our venue or at your preferred location.

This programme was developed having in mind people who live in a constant state of stress, independently of whether it's work or personal life related.

 

We live in a fast-paced world and sometimes it's just too hard to cope with everything that happens to us, specially when we do nothing to try and maintain our physical and mental health.

 

Therefore, it's extremely important to invest our time in activities that can bring balance to our lives, alleviating tensions and stress that can lead to physical and mental conditions.

If you want to take action and incorporate a mindful approach to your everyday life, this programme is for you.

It includes 2x mindfulness-based therapy sessions, plus 4x 30-minute therapeutic body massages a month.

 

There isn't a more relaxing, cheap, and effective way for you to bring balance to your hectic everyday life.

 

Mindfulness group practice

Our Mindfulness group practice is an opportunity to have a weekly meaningful 90-minute session in a supportive, calming, and loving space where you can share your experiences, feelings, and thoughts with others.

 

The practice may involve different types of meditation such as walking meditation, breathing meditation, Vipassana (Insight) meditation, as well as mindful eating, and group conversations.
